We are looking for a Technical Lead to join team in Corporate and Investment Banking.

As a Tribe Technical Lead, you will coordinate the Technical Product Teams efforts.

This role ensures that the overall technical strategy is applied across the different parts of the Banking Domain and helps reduce dependencies between them. It has a close relationship with all product owners and stakeholders.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Ensure Technical end-to-end accountability for assigned domain, processes and systems
• Manage your squads and the coordination with other squads to ensure timely delivery
• Define / Support / Implement technical product strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Understand the IT cost structure of all components and supplier.
• Clearly understand Business needs.
• Measure the value delivered to Business.
• Collaborates with Stakeholders and Product Owners setting Product Strategy from the Technical point of view.
• Support the Backlog Prioritization and communicate Technical Product strategy.
• Desire to Learn
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changes

Requirements:

• +7 years including people management
• Relevant experience as Tribe Technical Lead – good understanding of CIB and Regulatory
• Environment with proficiency in various countries, entity types and complex ownership structures.
• Understanding of Structured Credit and Data processing in CIB would be plus
• Have clear “End to End” Technical vision of the product.
• Agile methodology
• System Architect/Engineering
• Product Lifecycle.
• APIs Development / Integration
• Big Data environments and event-driven architectures (Spark, Hive, Impala, HDFS,etc )
• Microservice solutions
• Strong decision-making capabilities, with proven ability to weigh-in relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one.
• Relevant technical knowledge, including technical architecture
• Ability to challenge solutions, engage in architecture design with Architects
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum). Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System, IT Engineering or similar. Master’s degree in finance, Business or Computer Science is an advantage
